How Team Sessions Runs
After we agree the date and group size, your team can come in one group, in smaller batches, or one by one. Most teams arrive together — under 10 people typically finishes in about an hour, larger groups in under two.
Employees spend 5–10 minutes in front of the camera, choose the photo they like, then rotate out for the next person.

Scheduling — group slot, smaller batches, or individual with fixed time slots, agreed in writing before the session

Delivery — retouched files delivered in one folder to the HR or founder contact, unless another delivery format is requested

Sick or running late — the slot moves within the same booked block when possible, or rolls to a second day for larger teams
