How Team Sessions Run

On-site: we agree the date, the headcount, and where in your office the setup goes. The kit arrives ahead of your schedule and is ready before the first person sits down. Employees come through in batches on your schedule. Space on-site — a meeting room or an open corner with a power outlet.

In the studio: your team can come in one group or in smaller batches. Most teams arrive together — under 10 people typically finishes in about an hour, larger groups in under two.

Either way, each person spends about 5 minutes in front of the camera, chooses the photo they like, then rotates out for the next.

Scheduling — group slot, batches, or individual time slots, agreed in writing before the session.

Delivery — retouched files in one folder to the HR or founder contact, unless another format is requested.
